PRIVACY NOTICE
This is how Symbicore handles data from our website, our forms, and our client work. Written the way we would explain it on a call.

The short version
We collect the minimum we need to answer you, deliver the work, and see what marketing is working.
We do not sell your data. We do not rent lists. We do not share your data with anyone outside the tools listed on this page.
- , Forms collect your name, email, company, and what you tell us.
- , Analytics collect anonymous usage data and ad click IDs.
- , You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time.
What we collect
Three categories, nothing else.
- , Information you give us: name, email, phone if you provide it, company, website, and the details you type into a form, diagnostic, or assessment.
- , Usage data: pages viewed, referring site, approximate region, device type, session identifiers, scroll and click behaviour on our own pages.
- , Marketing attribution: UTM parameters and Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) captured on first visit.
- , Payment data: handled by Stripe. We see the amount, currency, and status. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
Every use maps to running the business, not to profiling you.
- , Replying to enquiries and delivering the services you bought.
- , Sending the report, guide, or download you requested.
- , Measuring which pages, campaigns, and ads produce real conversations.
- , Invoicing, records, and meeting our tax and legal obligations.
How long we keep it
We keep data only as long as it has a purpose.
- , Lead and enquiry records: 24 months after the last contact, then deleted.
- , Client records for active engagements: for the length of the engagement plus 7 years, as tax and accounting rules require.
- , Analytics and visit data: 14 months.
- , Attribution cookies and click identifiers: 90 days.
- , Assessment and diagnostic responses: 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- , Email suppression and unsubscribe records: kept indefinitely so we do not email you again by mistake.
Your rights and how to use them
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
Email hello@symbicore.com with the subject line "Data request". We reply within one business day and complete the request within 30 days.
- , Access: we send you everything we hold about you.
- , Correction: we fix anything inaccurate.
- , Deletion: we remove your records, except what we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
- , Marketing opt-out: every email has an unsubscribe link, and it takes effect immediately.
Security and where data lives
Data is stored with our processors on encrypted infrastructure, and access is limited to the people who need it.
Symbicore operates from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Our processors may store data in Canada, the United States, or the EU. Submitting a form means you accept that transfer.
Changes to this notice
We update this page when our tools or practices change. The version published here is the current one.
